Hygienox is the new range of ultra-sterile furniture; designed for Pharmaceutical and Cleanroom environments.
The Hygienox from Teknomek rear rail static lecterns are manufactured from 316 stainless steel, as standard, exceeding the ISO Class 5 standard with its <0.3 RA surface roughness which provides a more robust surface against pitting and crevice corrosion caused by harsh chemicals, such as Chlorine and Hydrogen Peroxide. In addition, due to the smoother surface, there are fewer microscopic grooves for easier cleaning.
The intelligent design and specification of the Hygienox static lecterns helps reduce clean down time and improve productivity, reduce contamination risk and mitigate the risk of rouging or tiger stripes. The Hygienox range feet are also produced in 316 stainless steel with no exposed thread or metal to metal contact areas to prevent galvanic corrosion, a hygienic sealing washer to seal between the foot and table leg and an intelligent aesthetic design which is self-draining and contains no horizontal edges.
